What they don’t understand is “Why” the business they eagerly bought into is NOT giving them the satisfaction, or profits, they desire to keep climbing. 

1.  A lack of marketing systems, based on tactics versus strategy, equals a lack of profitability and makes much of business ownership frustrating.

The greatest problem our clients face before our work together is that they have lost control, or never had control, over the various marketing necessities for their business.  What they have implemented in marketing may have been created on the fly, with sporadic ads or campaigns, or not much at all over the years.  They have been tactical marketers, at best, without any real long term business marketing strategy.
